We rely on your opinions and experiences to help us improve our services to students. If you have any comments, compliments, or complaints, please use this page to share your suggestions with us.

You can also use a printed form available at the 5th floor Information desk and drop it in the suggestions box there, give it to any UHS staff person, or return it free in UW Campus Mail. Calling our main phone line (265-5600) is another way to give us your valuable feedback.
